Each of the four tracks on the EP reached the top ten of their genre, with the title track, Kim Jong Thrill, peaking at Number 4 on the Electro House charts. Big thanks to everyone who's bought the EP and helped make this release a success - Remember, each purchase goes a small way towards bringing down the tyranny and oppression in North Korea - together, we can all make a difference....

Mustaches.... is there anything they can't do? Pance Party tackles this, and other existential questions, with their new remix of BlacKMahal's Save The Flavor, a song all about the finer points of fly facial hair. 

San Francisco based BlacKMahal is a musical powerhouse featuring the legendary Lal Singh Bhatti, one of the world's most famous Dhol drum players. Formed as a partnership between Bhatti and DJ Vijay Chattha, BlacKMahal is slowly taking over the world - including a gig at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics! Pance Party feels both humbled and honored to join them in exploring the global sociopolitical issues surrounding mustaches and furthering the cause of facial hair conservation in the world's mustache-poor regions. All proceeds from this effort will be donated to mustache education programs for inner-city youth.

We're also pleased to announce that Felix Cartal chose to release our remix of Skeleton on RCRDLBL, selecting ours as one of the three top remixes of the track in his recent remix contest. We'd just like to say, to everyone who didn't believe in us: Who's laughing now?

In other news, Pance Party is expecting... a brand new EP, out soon on Miles Dyson's Plasmapool label. The EP, entitled Kim Jong Thrill, is inspired by international espionage, high fashion, and lasers. Expect more details and an EP teaser soon!

Happy Holidays! Pance Party is back at it with a new remix of our good friends Chester French's new single, C'mon. Since we're always looking for a challenge, we took the last week and worked on a video to accompany the song - The result, an animated homage to an old school video game classic, pretty much sums up what we're all about - Subway, Subway, and more Subway (all potential Subway endorsement recruiters can contact Pance Party any time.... seriously).

Pance Party is proud to present our latest and greatest remix, a caffeine-riddled breakbeat bass buster of Italian duo Blatta & Inesha's Get Fucked Up, available now on Beatport through Crux Records.

Blatta & Inesha discovered us through our earlier remix of Shakira's She Wolf, which they emphatically described as "Mozart-esque... one of the best songs in the history of music... nay, one of the best pieces of art in all of human times."

Okay, that last bit might not be exactly true, but the incomparable duo did ask us to do a remix of their new single, and we're pretty pumped up about how it turned out.

There are three things in the world that we love more than anything else: Puppies, Five-Dollar Footlongs, and spunky latinas with a peanchant for wearing next to nothing. So after watching Shakira's video for She Wolf a few hundred times, we knew we had to do what we do best - take an otherwise enjoyable pop ditty and transform it into a gnarly sonic monster.

To sum it up, this remix sounds a bit like the musical equivalent of a herd of charging wildebeest - and we're damn proud of it. So check it out here. 

In other news, Pance Party, fresh off a mini-tour of Southern California, is back in business in our new San Francisco studio/warehouse - 15,000 square feet of mayhem plus a studio haunted by the ghosts of 80's powerhouses Journey and Europe means a whole slew of Pance Party originals in the works. Stay tuned - we've got a release of our newest single Maru coming out soon on Tasty Bytes Records and are in the midst of a dank new EP that can only be described as Thrilling. More soon.

Pance Party is back at it with a new remix, this one for Canadian wunderkind Felix Cartal of Dim Mak fame. We love everything Canadian - hockey, Nickelback, and dirty electro - and getting a chance to do a remix for Señor Cartal was certainly a treat.

Pance Party's back with a new remix - A funky little ditty for our friends over at Olaris Records. The track is called Cheer Up, by Derek Howell, and somewhere buried deep inside is quite possibly the funniest and most awesomely outrageous synth noise of all time. 

We're also stoked to announce that this track will be appearing on the official LovEvolution (aka LoveFest) compilation, to be released on Epiphyte Records in October. For those of you not in the know, LovEvolution is America's largest dance music event, and takes place in San Francisco on October 3rd 2009.
